Today, I'll show you how to 3D track footage with PFtrack. We'll import tracked camera in Cinema 4D, where we'll add 3D objects into our scene and do a quick composite in After Effects.

I can see that you were already doing quite complicated tutorials at that point! I wonder how you are doing now with Cinema 4D, are you still working in that environment?
